A "Mi Sheberach" is a public prayer or blessing for an individual or group in need of some divine goodness - most notably for those requiring healing.Please list person’s (Jewish) name and mother’s (Jewish) name.

It is customary to give Tzedakah in conjunction with Mi Sheberach.
