Yizkor Form

We are volunteering to read the names of your loved ones on your behalf in front of the open Aron Kodesh - Ark - on Monday morning.
We will NOT recite Yiskor on your behalf. I encourage that, in concert with my mentioning the names of your loved ones at the Torah, that you recite the Yiskor prayer at home, and reflect, in a personal way, upon the memories, teachings and legacies of those I will be mentioning.
